Where:
My office is located in Chiswick, London.
We can meet by Zoom or telephone if that is more convenient,
but I much prefer that the first consultation should be in person.
Conduct of the sessions
If you decide to proceed after the initial free call, we will have a first consultation, and follow-up consultations if necessary.
I may use any of the diagnostic tools used in Iridology, Ayurveda or Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is essential that you give me a full list of all medications, supplements and herbs that you are already taking, and any relevant details concerning your medical health.
Initial Call
15 minutes - free
This is a short introductory meeting by Zoom or telephone to address any questions you may have about what to expect. You will need to complete a short health and consent form beforehand.

First Consultation
1h - £75
(plus cost of medication)
This is when I listen to precisely what concerns you and I will ask many questions to explore your full medical history, diet and lifestyle in order to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms.
I will then advise how best to work on bringing you back to optimum health. This may involve a personalised herbal prescription and/or dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
Follow-up consultations
30 minutes - £40
(plus cost of medication)
​You can choose as many further consultations to measure your progress as you wish, but three follow-up meetings over a three-month period is usually sufficient.
3-Session course
1st consultation + 2 follow-ups - £140
(plus cost of medication)
This is the best for chronic conditions that will require a bit of time in which I can monitor how you are responding to treatment and modify the medication if required.
Herbal / Naturopathic medication:
Cost depends on treatment required, but will typically be £20-£60 for a month's supply.
Medication will be freshly made by me and comes in the form of tincture (a liquid extract where active constituents of plants have been extracted in a mixture of alcohol and water), tea / infusion, powder (dried and ground, to be mixed into yogurt or a smoothie), creams (for external use) or glycerites (non-alcoholic, good for children).
You are a unique individual and your medication will be specifically made for you. It will never be bought off the shelf. Sometimes I will need to purchase a new ingredient, but I will usually deliver your medication within 7 days by recorded delivery (at cost).
