Some help to reduce hot flushes and night sweats

Sage has long been used to alleviate hot flashes and night sweats.
It is also delicious! Here is a tip that works for me:
Six fresh sage leaves infused in hot water for 10 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Drink 2 to 3 times a day with a squeeze of lemon juice.
This is best drunk before food as it aids digestion as well.
