Spring cleaning!

A spring-cleaning lunch after a morning of wild foraging with my herbal companions, comprising of nettle and wild garlic soup, cuckoo salad and cleavers water. Properly yummy!

Cleavers is great for cleansing our lymphatic system

Nettle is a great anti-inflammatory for arthritis, eczema, gout and kidney stones

Wild garlic is a gentle substitute for garlic. It cleans the blood, improves circulation and helps relieve most forms of intestinal discomfort.

The cuckoo flowers are used to cleanse the skin.
